The BMFA Free Flight Nationals were held at Barkston Heath on 24th to 26th May 2014. Thanks to the great work of Phil Ball and the BMFA we have the full tables of results below. We also have the Bowden competition results from David Leeding.
You can read a full FF Nationals report with photos in the next issue of AeroModeller (#928 July/August 2014) due out on the 19th June. Until then I’ve included a couple of photos of Phil Ball during Saturday’s BMFA rubber fly-off when he broke and then cyanoed back his prop – a successful repair as he went on to produce the winning time.
This coming issue of AeroModeller also features EDF Jets and Rapier/Jetex power, plus a novel scale control liner made from paper and the usual selection of the expected and unexpected!
